In-Person Sessions

Our in-person services are designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of your loved one in the comfort of their home. Our specialists utilize a goal-oriented approach with clear objectives to enhance our clients’ cognitive, physical, social and emotional health through a range of activities.
Included in the hourly rate:
In-person visit to client’s home
Access to supplies and equipment
Specialist’s travel time
Specialist’s time outside the scheduled session (Ex: preparation for sessions, documentation)
Personalized Wellness Schedule: A one-time schedule will be provided to caregivers upon request, outlining activity ideas to support daily engagement when we are not present (supplies not included).

One 60-minute session per week. Pricing varies by type of engagement.

Available for cognitive engagement services. Two sessions per week receive a 5% discount; three sessions per week receive a 10% discount.
