Max Pollak
Max Pollak is an internationally recognized musician, choreographer, and creator of RumbaTap®, a unique blend of tap dance, body percussion, and global rhythms. Originally from Austria, he has performed around the world, including at the Munich Opera House and the Bavarian State Opera. His artistry has also been recognized on the U.S. Postal Service Forever Stamp honoring Tap Dance.
Lynn Schwab
Lynn Schwab is a veteran tap dancer and educator with decades of experience bringing movement, rhythm, and joy to learners of all ages. A member of Feraba-ART, she has also performed with Tony Waag's Tap City on Tour, Max Pollak's RumbaTap, and Barbara Duffy and Company, appearing internationally and at Lincoln Center, The Joyce, BAM, Studio 54, and The New Victory Theater on Broadway. She is on faculty at Steps on Broadway and Tap Dance Central, and teaches internationally. Lynn believes purposeful engagement brings real connection and purpose, regardless of diagnosis or cognitive stage.
Erin Mcgill
Erin Mcgill earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Pratt Institute, where she developed a passion for incorporating patterns and textures into her artwork. Since 2004, she has run a small creative business designing handmade wearable art, toys, greeting cards, and whimsical decorative pieces inspired by her original illustrations. She is also the author and illustrator of several children's picture books.
Macy Sullivan
Macy Sullivan brings her performing arts background and over 20 years of teaching experience to Recare Home Services. She’s on faculty with Dance for PD® (Parkinson's disease) and holds a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School. Macy specializes in nonverbal engagement, call-and-response rhythm games, and task-based activities for people living with dementia. She enjoys working with older adults in the ongoing process of discovering what brings joy, fulfillment, accomplishment, and meaningful connection.
Molly Rosenberg
Molly Rosenberg, LMSW, is a creative and compassionate social worker who enjoys bringing people together through engaging recreational and therapeutic activities. With experience working with children, adults, and seniors, she strives to create welcoming spaces where individuals can build confidence, express themselves, and experience connection through art, music, and group programming.
Michael Hauschild
Michael Hauschild is an educator, performer, and media production professional with over 15 years of teaching experience. He is an educator at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) and teaches media production at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Trained with The Second City, Michael has appeared on NBC, ABC, and CBS, as well as in national commercial campaigns, and enjoys filmmaking and developing creative projects. He believes creativity has the power to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful moments for people of all ages.
Faith Kimberling
Faith Kimberling is a professional dancer and educator with decades of experience teaching movement and dance to individuals of all ages. She has taught older adult dance programs through organizations including the YMCA and Bridge for Dance, where she has seen firsthand the value of movement, creativity, and community. Drawing on a lifelong career as both a performer and teacher, Faith finds purpose in sharing her artistry with others and especially enjoys working with older adults, believing that creative, personal, and caring connections can enrich daily life.
Estie Engle
Estie Engle is a rising senior studying acting with a passion for creativity, meaningful connection, and individualized engagement. She thoughtfully adapts each session to an individual's interests, abilities, and goals, drawing on activities such as music, arts and crafts, games, reading, sensory experiences, and conversation. Estie believes that creating a warm and welcoming environment helps individuals feel engaged, connected, and valued.
